Shipping Policy

At Maxxm, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, delivery times, and what to expect once your order ships.


📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, United Kingdom and Canada only.
We do not offer other countries for shipping at this time. Please note, this is likely to change in the future. 


⏱️ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Delivery estimates:

Standard Shipping 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping* 2–4 business days

*Expedited shipping may be offered at checkout for an additional fee.


💵 Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all subscription orders, and orders over $100 USD

  • Orders under this threshold will be charged shipping fees based on your location and selected method, calculated at checkout


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, please contact us at support@maxxm.com.


❗ Shipping Delays or Issues

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please email support@maxxm.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or send a replacement if needed.


⚠️ Important Disclaimers

Maxxm LLC is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, or natural events

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received (we will help investigate, but cannot guarantee reimbursement)

Risk of loss and title for products transfer to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.
